Summary

This study tests whether the drug pacritinib is safe and effective for adults with Waldenström macroglobulinemia, a rare blood cancer, when previous treatments have stopped working. About 30 participants will receive pacritinib and be monitored for tumor shrinkage and side effects. The goal is to control the disease and improve symptoms.
