First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at 48 people who need a pacemaker after a TAVI procedure (a less invasive heart valve replacement). Researchers want to see if a newer 'physiological' pacing method helps people feel better and walk farther compared to standard right ventricular pacing. Participants will be followed for 12 months to check heart function and overall well-being.
