Scientists map hidden eye disease progression

Summary
This study aims to understand how pachychoroid, a condition involving thickened eye blood vessels, changes over three years. Researchers will follow 250 adults aged 45+ who already show early signs of these vessel changes. The goal is to track how the condition naturally progresses and identify factors that might make it worse, without testing any treatments.
