Pacemaker registry aims to unlock secrets of heart rhythm disorder
NCT ID NCT07279207
Summary
This study is observing 500 patients who receive a dual-chamber pacemaker to understand how different pacemaker settings affect the progression of atrial fibrillation (AF), a common heart rhythm disorder. Researchers will track patients over time to see if certain pacemaker features can help prevent AF from becoming permanent or reduce hospital visits. The goal is to gather real-world information to help doctors better manage AF in patients with pacemakers.
