NCT ID NCT07314008

First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 20, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study compares two ways to program pacemakers in people with slow heart rhythms. Researchers want to see if a newer method (Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing) is better than a standard method (Minimized Ventricular Pacing) at preventing death, heart failure hospital stays, and long-lasting irregular heartbeats. About 440 participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two pacemaker settings and followed for outcomes.
