Summary

This study compares a new patient-centred therapy (PACE) with standard prolonged exposure therapy for adults with complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD). The goal is to see which approach better reduces symptoms like emotional distress and relationship problems. About 228 adults will take part, and researchers will track side effects and symptom changes over time.
