NCT ID NCT06916273
Summary
This early-stage study tested a new inhaled steroid called PA9159, intended for controlling asthma. It involved 40 healthy adults in China to check for side effects and see how the body processes the drug. Participants received either a single dose or took the inhaler twice daily for one week, with doses gradually increased to find the highest safe amount.
