New CAR-T therapy targets tough T-Cell cancers in phase 2 trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental treatment called PA3-17 for people with a type of blood cancer (T-lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to recognize and attack cancer cells. About 100 adults will receive a single infusion after a short chemotherapy prep. The main goal is to see how many patients achieve a complete or partial response within 3 months.
