Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests a single infusion of PA3-17, a CAR-T cell therapy that targets CD7 on cancer cells, in 100 adults with relapsed or refractory T-lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma. Participants receive the treatment after a short chemotherapy prep, and researchers will monitor how well it works and any side effects for up to 24 months. The main goal is to see how many patients achieve a complete or partial response within three months.
