Summary
This study tested two common treatments for tennis elbow (lateral epicondylopathy) to see which works better for pain and function. Researchers compared a series of ozone injections to a program of home-based exercises in 59 adults with this condition. The goal was to find out which approach more effectively reduces elbow pain and helps people get back to their daily activities.
