Summary
This study aimed to understand how ozone pollution interacts with natural skin oils and affects skin health. Researchers exposed 40 healthy young adults' forearms to either ozone or clean air for two hours in controlled chambers. They measured skin changes immediately after exposure and 24 hours later to learn about ozone's effects on skin chemistry and hydration.
