Summary
This study aims to see if applying a special ozone gel with therapeutic ultrasound (phonophoresis) can help reduce pain and improve shoulder movement and function in people with long-term shoulder tendonitis. It will involve 40 adults with moderate shoulder tendon pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, shoulder mobility, and how the condition affects daily activities.
