Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a single dose of oxytocin nasal spray can reduce anxiety and depression in 40 adults with arginine-vasopressin deficiency, a rare hormone disorder. Participants will receive different doses of oxytocin or a placebo and complete emotional behavior tasks. An optional two-week daily treatment phase is also available.
