Can a 'Love Hormone' spray build stronger bones in kids with autism?

Summary
This study is testing whether a nasal spray containing the hormone oxytocin can improve bone strength in children with autism. About 96 children, aged 6 to 18, will use the spray or a placebo for a year to see if it increases bone density. The goal is to find a new way to help manage the higher risk of bone problems seen in children with autism.
