Oxygen blast may heal stubborn leg wounds

Summary
This study tests a device that delivers oxygen to chronic leg ulcers caused by vein problems. About 212 adults will receive either the real oxygen therapy or a sham device, plus standard compression bandages. The main goal is to see if the oxygen therapy helps wounds close completely within 16 weeks. Participants will be followed for a year to check long-term healing.
