Breathing under pressure: new hope for weakened hearts?
NCT ID NCT07311109
Summary
This study is testing if adding a special oxygen therapy to standard heart failure medications helps patients feel better and improves their heart function. It will involve 150 adults with chronic heart failure who can walk but get tired easily. One group will get the standard medications plus sessions in a pressurized oxygen chamber, while the other group gets only the standard medications, to see if the extra therapy makes a difference.
