Summary
This study tested whether oxygen-ozone injections followed by neck exercises can reduce pain and disability in people with chronic neck pain. 46 adults with neck pain lasting at least 12 weeks received the injections and were then assigned to one of two exercise programs. The goal was to see which combination works best for improving daily function and quality of life.
