Summary
This study is testing if a new oxygenated gel can help heal painful mouth ulcers (canker sores) and reduce pain. It compares the gel against a standard steroid paste over 10 days. Researchers will measure pain levels, how quickly the ulcers shrink, and how long they take to heal completely.
