Summary
This study tests whether oxandrolone, a synthetic hormone similar to testosterone, can help people rebuild muscle and recover better after multiligament knee reconstruction. Sixty participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if it improves lean body mass and reduces body fat.
