Smaller follicles, bigger flexibility? new study tests ovulation timing for embryo transfers

NCT ID NCT07088952

First seen Jan 13, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether triggering ovulation when the follicle is smaller (13-16.9mm) works as well as the usual size (17-22mm) for frozen embryo transfers. About 572 women with regular cycles will participate. The goal is to see if a wider timing window can make scheduling easier without lowering pregnancy rates.
