Summary
This study tests whether adding a cancer vaccine (NY-ESO-1) to standard immunotherapy can prevent the cancer from becoming resistant to treatment. It involves 24 women with advanced ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to platinum chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination can extend the time before the disease worsens.
