Summary
This study is testing a new drug, SHR-A1811, combined with standard chemotherapy for ovarian cancer that has returned but still responds to platinum drugs. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to see how well the combination works to control the cancer. It is for women whose ovarian cancer has come back after initial treatment.
