New hope for women battling resistant ovarian cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called LBL-024 to standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel) works better for women whose ovarian cancer has stopped responding to platinum-based drugs. The trial will enroll about 110 women to first check safety and then compare the combination against chemotherapy alone. The main goals are to see if the combination shrinks tumors more effectively and how long it keeps the cancer from progressing.
