First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the experimental drug AZD1775 to standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine) helps women with ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based treatments. About 124 participants will receive either the combination or gemcitabine alone. The goal is to see if the combination delays cancer growth better than the standard treatment alone.
