Summary
This study is testing a new treatment for advanced ovarian cancer. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells (T-cells), modify them in a lab to better target cancer, and then infuse them back into the patient. The main goals are to see if this cell therapy is safe and if it can help control the cancer.
