Major study tracks 1000 women to unlock ovarian cancer secrets

NCT ID NCT05574673

Summary

This study aims to better understand how specific genetic features in ovarian cancer affect how patients respond to standard treatments. It will observe 1000 women with newly diagnosed ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer across four Nordic countries. Researchers will collect information and tissue samples to identify markers that might predict which patients do well or poorly on current therapies.
