Summary
This study tests a new blood test (OCS) that looks for tiny particles from cancer cells (exosomes) to see if it can spot ovarian cancer returning after treatment. It is for patients whose standard CA125 test was normal before their first treatment. The goal is to find a better way to monitor for recurrence in these patients.
