New pill aims to hold ovarian cancer at bay after chemo

Summary
This study is testing a pill called IMP4297 to see if it can help keep ovarian cancer from returning after patients finish their first round of chemotherapy. It involves 404 women with advanced ovarian cancer who responded well to initial chemo. Participants are randomly assigned to take either the new pill or a placebo (sugar pill) to compare how long they stay cancer-free.
