Scientists reprogram Patients' own cells to attack deadly ovarian cancer
NCT ID NCT03184753
Summary
This study is testing a new immunotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells, genetically modify them to better recognize and attack ovarian cancer, then infuse them back into the body. The trial aims to determine if this approach is safe and effective for women with stage III-IV ovarian cancer who have had initial treatment.
