New app and gadget aim to ease bladder leaks in older women

Summary

This study looks at whether a mobile app called Oups! and a Bluetooth muscle-training device can help women aged 55 and older with stress urinary incontinence. About 36 women will use the app and device at home to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. Researchers will measure changes in leak episodes, symptoms, and quality of life.
