Osteopathic touch may ease Screen-Induced eye strain

NCT ID NCT07452679

First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding osteopathic manual therapy to standard vision exercises can further reduce symptoms like eye strain, blurred vision, and headaches in adults who work on screens. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to vision therapy alone, vision therapy plus real osteopathy, or vision therapy plus a sham treatment. The goal is to see if the combination improves eye movement and symptom relief better than vision therapy alone.
