Hands-On healing tested for stubborn neck pain
NCT ID NCT07260422
Summary
This study tested whether adding hands-on osteopathic treatments to standard physical therapy helps adults with long-term neck pain. Forty participants were split into two groups: one received both osteopathy and standard therapy, while the other received only standard therapy over four weekly sessions. Researchers measured changes in pain, neck function, and quality of life to see if the combined approach offered extra relief.
