Hands-On healing for Screen-Strained eyes?
NCT ID NCT07452679
Summary
This study aims to see if adding osteopathic manual therapy (a hands-on treatment) to standard vision exercises provides extra relief for adults with eye coordination problems. It will compare three groups: vision exercises plus real osteopathy, vision exercises plus fake (sham) osteopathy, and vision exercises alone. The goal is to reduce symptoms like eye strain, headaches, and blurred vision often caused by prolonged screen use.
