Summary
This study tested whether the new Osia 3 sound processor helps adults with hearing loss or single-sided deafness hear better than the older Osia 2 model. Twenty-nine adults who already have a Cochlear Osia implant took part. They completed speech tests in quiet and noisy settings and filled out a questionnaire about their experience.
