Summary
This study tests a new drug called OSE-279 that helps the immune system fight cancer. It is for people with advanced solid tumors or lymphomas that have not responded to other treatments. The trial has three parts: finding the right dose, checking safety, and measuring how well the drug shrinks tumors.
