New PD-1 blocker aims to shrink advanced tumors

Summary
This study tests a new drug called OSE-279 that blocks PD-1, a protein that can stop the immune system from attacking cancer. It is for people with advanced solid tumors or lymphomas that have not responded to other treatments. The study has three parts: first finding a safe dose, then testing safety and effectiveness alone or with another drug. About 41 adults will take part.
