NCT ID NCT07160868
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at whether diagnosing and treating obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) can improve asthma control in people with difficult-to-treat asthma. About 80 adults will take a home sleep test and be placed into one of three groups: those with OSA who get CPAP treatment, those with OSA who don't, and those without OSA. The goal is to see if treating sleep apnea leads to better asthma symptoms, fewer flare-ups, and improved quality of life.
