Summary
This study tests whether adding orofacial and tongue exercises to standard manual therapy can reduce pain and improve jaw function in adults with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. About 48 participants will receive either manual therapy alone or manual therapy plus exercises twice a week for six weeks. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to ease TMJ symptoms.
