Summary
This study looked at how starting the cystic fibrosis (CF) medication ORKAMBI affects the mental health and daily life of teens and young adults. Researchers followed 19 young people with CF for one year, comparing those taking ORKAMBI to those not taking it. They measured changes in anxiety, depression, quality of life, and how well patients stuck to their other treatments.
