Summary

This study is testing a new drug called ORKA-001 to see if it can clear skin plaques in people with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. About 160 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo to find the best dose and check how safe it is. The main goal is to see how many people achieve completely clear skin after 16 weeks of treatment.
