First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving people with generalized anxiety disorder the power to choose between two internet-based treatments helps them feel better compared to being assigned one at random. Researchers will also see if therapists can predict which treatment will work best for each person. About 440 adults in Sweden will participate in the 10-week online program.
