This study tests whether growing a patient's tumor cells in the lab (called organoids) and testing different drugs on them can help doctors choose the most effective treatment for advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 94 adults aged 18-70 will either receive standard therapy or a treatment selected based on organoid drug testing.
