NCT ID NCT07165145
Summary
This study aims to find out if eating fruits and vegetables grown organically versus conventionally makes a difference to the bacteria in your gut and your overall health. For four weeks, 44 volunteers will eat meals made with either organic or conventional produce. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria, blood sugar levels, and other health markers to see if the farming method matters.
