This study looked at 60 boys with undescended testicles to see if skipping a step during surgery (tying off a small sac) makes the operation shorter and safer. Half the children had the sac tied, half did not. The goal was to compare surgery time and complications like hernia, infection, or swelling. Results help doctors choose the simplest, safest approach for this common childhood surgery.
