Pill for severe eczema skin gets new test

Summary

This small, early-stage study is testing if an oral medication called roflumilast can help control moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis). For 12 weeks, 36 participants aged 12 and older will take the pill daily. Researchers will measure changes in skin rash, itch, and sleep disturbance, while closely watching for side effects.
