NCT ID NCT07504458
First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 12, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a new oral capsule (QTX-2101) works as well as standard intravenous chemotherapy when combined with another drug (ATRA) for adults newly diagnosed with a specific, lower-risk form of leukemia called APL. The main goal is to see if the oral treatment can clear the cancer from the bone marrow and if it is safe. Researchers will compare the oral treatment to the standard IV treatment in about 150 participants.
