Summary
This study is testing a new oral tablet called HX9428 for people with wet age-related macular degeneration, a leading cause of vision loss. The first part checks the safety and correct dose of the pill. The second part will look for early signs that the pill can help improve or stabilize vision by measuring changes in eye charts and scans.
