Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two oral medications (decitabine and ivosidenib) can help older adults (60+) or those with other health issues who have a specific genetic type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if the treatment can put the leukemia into remission. Participants will take the pills in 28-day cycles until the disease gets worse or they no longer benefit. Those who achieve remission may be eligible for a stem cell transplant.
