Oral combo trial aims to control aggressive blood disorder

Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of a combination of two oral drugs, Onureg and Venetoclax, for people with untreated high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) who cannot receive a stem cell transplant. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and treatment schedule for future research. It will involve about 36 adult participants who have not had prior treatment for their MDS.
