Summary
This is an early-stage study to test a new oral medication called VLS-1488 in adults with advanced solid tumors. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug shows any early signs of helping to control the cancer. The study is for people with specific advanced cancers, like ovarian, lung, breast, and head and neck cancers, who have run out of standard treatment options.
